Terms of use

1. General

1.1. The Site is an independent women's online magazine, studio and publishing project. It's owned and edited by Daria Korkishko ("we" or the "Editor").

1.2. The Site publishes stories, interviews, features and information about the digital products and books of A Woman, Many Ways.

1.3. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

2. Site content and copyright

2.1. Everything on the Site (texts, illustrations, photos, logo, design, section and product names) belongs to the Editor or is used lawfully, and is protected by copyright.

2.2. You're welcome to read our content and share links to it on social media and messengers.

2.3. You can quote up to one paragraph as long as you credit "A Woman, Many Ways" with a live link to the article.

2.4. Copying, translating, adapting or using our content commercially, in full or in part, requires our written permission. Send requests to hello@awomanmanyways.com.

2.5. The name and logo "A Woman, Many Ways" and our product names (including Dress a Feeling and After Midnight) can't be used without permission.

3. Illustrations and photos

3.1. Most images on the Site were created with artificial intelligence and carry an "AI-generated" label. They illustrate our content and don't show real people.

3.2. The photo on the About page is a real photo of Daria Korkishko and can't be used without her consent.

4. Content you send us

4.1. When you send an "I want to be featured" application or other information, you confirm it's true and that it's yours to share.

4.2. Sending an application doesn't oblige us to publish an interview. We'll get in touch if your story fits the section.

4.3. Before publishing, we'll agree on the interview text and photos with you. Publication terms are discussed separately.

5. Newsletter

5.1. The newsletter is free and goes out roughly every three weeks.

5.2. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email.

6. Digital products

6.1. Our digital products (cards, games, guides) are sold on Etsy. Purchase, payment, file delivery and refunds follow Etsy's rules.

6.2. When you buy a product, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes: print it for yourself or give printed copies as gifts. Reselling, sharing or publicly posting the files isn't allowed.

6.3. Prices and availability on the Site are for information only. The current terms are on the product's Etsy page.

7. Links to other sites

7.1. The Site links to Etsy, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads and other services. We're not responsible for their content or rules.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. Our content is meant to inform and inspire. It reflects the authors' own experience and views and isn't professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

8.2. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own.

8.3. We do our best to keep the Site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

8.4. When using the Site, you agree not to disrupt it, try to gain unauthorized access or use it for spam or anything illegal.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1. We may update these terms. A new version applies once it's published on this page, with the date shown at the top.

9.2. If you keep using the Site after an update, you agree to the new version.
